Nothing beats not worrying about the tenue of your pedicure with a long-lasting polish, with pigmented color and intense shine. We definitely choose the semi-permanent polish, but not just any: discover all our recommendations for a application and removal successful.

Which semi-permanent polish for the feet?
Nothing beats semi-permanent on toenails for not worrying about the tenue of the polish during summer. However, not all semi-permanent polishes respect the nail's keratin layer, the main barrier against external aggressions. Semi-permanent polish removal can also be traumatic for nails, as traditional formulas often require removal with a nail drill at a salon.
For choosing semi-permanent polish on the feet, we can only recommend using Green Flash™ polish: the green and clean alternative to semi-permanent polish. Its up to 84% biosourced formula offers intense color, mirror shine up to 10 days, and a removal that does not damage the nails.

This is done with an acetone-free remover, at home and in less than 2 minutes with peel-off technology. To learn more about the Green Flash™ innovation, visit our dedicated page.
How to successfully apply semi-permanent polish on the feet?
Step 1: filing and buffing toenails
Start by cutting your straight nails. Then use the Natural nail file to slightly round the corners for a more harmonious shape. Then take the Prep file to lightly buff the nail surface and maximize the adhesion of the semi-permanent polish on the feet.

Step 2: nail preparation and care
Before applying your nail polish, prepare your nails with care for a flawless finish. Use theEffective emollient to facilitate the cuticle removal and dead skin around the nail by softening them. Then gently push back the cuticles using Steel cuticle pusher, without necessarily cutting them, for a sharper nail contour.

Step 3: base application
A protective base is crucial to prepare your nails for color application. Apply a thin layer of Base Green Flash™, then dry it under the lamp : 1 minute with the Lampe Pro, 2 minutes with the Lampe Slim.

Step 4: color application
For a flawless polish application, prefer several thin layers rather than a single thick layer. Start with a thin layer at the center of the nail starting at its base, before repeating the process on the sides. This technique allows toavoid bubbles and streaks, in addition to ensuring a uniform and long-lasting color. Do dry under the lamp (1 minute for the Lampe Pro, 2 minutes for the Lampe Slim) then repeat the process for the second color layer.

Step 5: finishing
Finish your pedicure with a shiny top coat. The Top Coat Green Flash™ is the final touch that seals your polish and adds shine. It also protects the polish from chips and extends its tenue. Apply it in a thin layer then dry again under the lamp: 2 minutes for the Lampe Pro, 3 minutes for the Lampe Slim.

Step 6: hydration, nutrition, and maintenance
At the end of pedicure, apply a drop ofGreen Oil on each nail to nourish its edges, extend the tenue of the polish and avoid breakage : this will also prevent the polish from sticking to socks if you need to wear closed shoes.
Finish by massaging your feet with a hazelnut-sized amount of Botanical Crème for the nourish deeply. Repeat the process the days after your pedicure to take care of your nails and your feet.
