📦 What are the STANDARD delivery costs and times?

For delivery to France / Monaco
Delivery to a Mondial Relay pick-up point or home delivery in 3 to 4 working days.
Mondial Relay delivery costs €3.50 and is free for orders over €39.
Home delivery costs €5.50 and is free for orders over €49.

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal
Delivery in 4 to 6 working days. Delivery costs €6.40 and is free for orders over €39.

Bulgaria, Croatia, Malta, Norway, Romania
Delivery in 7 to 9 working days. Delivery costs €9 and is free for orders over €79.

🔍 How do I find my carrier tracking number?

Either in the email "Update of the shipment of the Manucurist order"
Once your package has been collected by the carrier, you will receive an email informing you of the update of the shipment of the order with your carrier tracking number.

If your package is being shipped overseas, don't worry if your package doesn't update directly; the carrier often waits to arrive in the destination country to update your tracking number.

Either in your customer account
If you had created a customer account when placing your order, your carrier tracking number will be indicated in the "My orders" section.

Either via the package tracking page
By entering your name and postal code: If no tracking number is associated, then your order has not yet been collected by your carrier.

📭 My package was indicated as delivered, but I have nothing in my mailbox. Is this normal?

One of your neighbors or your concierge may have picked it up for you, don't hesitate to ask them! If this is not the case, it also happens that the carriers update the delivery statuses even before having delivered the package. We invite you to wait at least 24 additional working hours!

If you still do not receive it, do not hesitate to contact us on our contact form the following days to find a solution together! :)

Order & Reservation

✏️ Can I modify my order (content, contact details, address, etc.)?

Once the order has been placed, it is unfortunately not possible to modify its content.

🌸 Can I cancel my order?

With any luck, your order has not yet been processed by our logistician. In this unique case, we can intervene to cancel it if you contact us on our contact form !

🙊 A product is missing from my package, a product arrived broken or a product is defective, what should I do?

Remember to look if your package has been damaged or opened before opening it, to take pictures of the exterior and its contents. Then contact us on our contact form and we will find a solution for you!

🔑 How do I access my account if I have lost my password?

We invite you to click on "Forgotten password" when logging in. You will then receive a link to your email address which will allow you to reset your password. If you have any difficulties, you can contact us on our contact form !

🚚 I placed my order this weekend, when will you ship my order?

Our warehouse is open Monday through Friday. Any order placed on a Saturday or Sunday is therefore processed on Monday. In the event of a public holiday, the order is also processed the following day.

💅 I want to make an appointment for a manicure in store, how do I do it?

For an application of Green varnish or semi-permanent Green Flash at the Green Club, you can book on our website here , or by phone at 01 43 13 33 50.


💞 What is your return policy?

We accept returns for new, unopened and unused products within 30 days of receipt of order. To make an exchange, you can follow the classic return procedure and place a new order.

🔙 How do I make a return?

We invite you to complete the return form and include it in the return package. We will then process your return as soon as possible. We will then process your return as soon as possible.

Returns are possible directly at our shop from Wednesday to Saturday from 12 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.; 19 rue d'Enghien 75010 Paris. Returns are possible for any new and unused item. Contact our customer service to provide you with the form to fill out!

For the return of a product, if it is lost, stolen or has arrived damaged; we reserve the right not to refund the returned product.

Promo codes & Sponsorship

💎 How do I use my promo code? Can several be combined?

Once your cart is ready, at the delivery address step, on the right you will see a field to fill in and apply your promo code. Please note: you can only benefit from one discount code, to have per order.

🛍 I validated my order but I forgot to deposit my promo code.

Once the payment has been validated, it is impossible for us to take into account the addition of a promo code, whether it is a promo code, goodies or a reduction on the total amount of your order. In addition, our offers are not always cumulative.

👯 ♀️ How to sponsor a relative and benefit from 20€ offered?

You can sponsor a loved one to both get 20€ offered on your next order. To do this, simply click on the link sent by your sponsor and wait for a pop-up window to open. A discount code will then appear. This is the one you will need to use when validating your basket, to obtain your reward.


💳 What are the means of payment accepted by Manucurist?

We accept credit cards, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Alma (payment in 2 or 3 installments free of charge for orders over 80€), Apple Pay, Bancontact, SoFort and Giropay as a method of payment!

🔒 Why did my payment fail?

First of all, remember to check the validity date of your card.

If it is a new card , you must have previously made a cash withdrawal or payment with your bank card (excluding the internet).

After several attempts, and/or several cards, try with a new e-mail address , or test another available payment method (eg Paypal)

If your basket is high, remember to check the limit of your credit card .

Our products

🇬🇧 Where are your products made?

All our products are made in France, with the sole exception of our LED lamps (because unfortunately we have not found a manufacturer in Europe and therefore bring them from abroad by boat).

🌱 Are your products natural?

Our ranges are green and clean, made up of up to 84% bio-sourced ingredients (of natural origin), without endocrine disruptors, without monomers or hydroquinone.

🐰 Are your products vegan and cruelty free?

Of course ! Our products are neither sourced by ingredients of animal origin nor tested on animals.

🌽 How to know the composition of your products?

💅 What is the difference between your Green and Green Flash ranges?

Our Green range is a classic nail polish range. Our Green Flash varnishes dry under an LED lamp and have a hold of up to 10 days!

🙅‍♀️ Is the Green Flash range compatible with the Green range? And with other brands?

Unfortunately no, each formula is unique, and the compositions are different. This is why they should never be mixed with other ranges or other brands.

💪 How to keep your Green / Green Flash varnish well?

Care must be taken to leave the product as little open as possible and close it as soon as possible! Little trick to beat the heat: nothing better than the fridge! Reducing the temperature avoids the evaporation capacity of the varnish and reduces the process of degradation of the formula which can take place over time. If you don't have one available, our official Green Flash thinner will liquefy your Green Flash nail polish!

🌈 Do you have any tips and advice for using Green Flash?

The behavior of the Green Flash varnish can depend on the use of the hands and the nature of your nails. What is the nature of your nails? Make our diagnosis by clicking here to find out!

For optimal hold, we advise you to:

  • Degrease your nails with a mild nail polish remover (without acetone).
  • Apply very thin coats of varnish (only go once on the same surface of the nail!).
  • If the layers are thin enough, the indicated catalyzation times will be sufficient (don't be surprised if the base remains a little sticky after one minute).
  • Edge the nail by lightly brushing the edge of the nail.
⚡️ It is very difficult to remove my Green Flash polish, is this normal?

Absolutely not !

Prepare 10 small cotton balls (the size of your fingernails) soaked in a gentle acetone-free solvent like our Green Flash Dissolving Water.

Place each cotton by pressing on your nails (you can use our pliers to hold them). Each nail must be well covered with soaked cotton.

Wait 1 to 2 minutes without touching it.

Remove them one by one: the varnish must be removed at once!

If there is any base left, do not hesitate to start again while waiting a few seconds.

💡 Which lamp should I use to catalyze my Green Flash varnish?

For the Green Flash range, we recommend that you use an LED lamp of at least 18W, such as our Discovery lamp, our Slim lamp or Pro lamp. It is necessary to adapt the catalysation times according to the lamps!

Please note that we do not guarantee the results obtained with lamps from other brands.

😬 What if I have a problem with the lamp?

Your lamp no longer lights up? She blinks? We invite you to contact our team via our contact form !

All our lamps are guaranteed for 2 years.

🤰 Can we use Green Flash when we are pregnant?

Our ranges are green and clean, made up of up to 84% bio-sourced ingredients, without endocrine disruptors, without monomers or hydroquinone. Nevertheless, any varnish whatever its nature is to be avoided for pregnant women. We invite you to seek advice from your doctor.

🤧 Can the use of Green Flash lead to allergies?

We've had great feedback that Green Flash won't cause these reactions. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee that there will be no reaction. We recommend that you test the varnish on a small part of the nail and wait 48 hours, remove it and then wait another 48 hours. If you have no reaction then you can use the Green Flash without problem.
