How can I earn points?

How can I redeem my points?
Log in, go to your dashboard, then select the "How to redeem your points" section to exchange your points for rewards.
Where can I check my points balance?
Start by logging into your account! Your points balance will be displayed at the top of the loyalty program page, in your account dashboard, or during checkout.
Comment puis-je utiliser mes points ?

Will my points expire?
Points will expire after one year if the account remains inactive.
Do my rewards have an expiration date?
Rewards will not expire once they have been activated on the account.
What happens to my points if I return an item?
If you return an item, the points you earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
When will I receive my birthday gift?
On your birthday! Your gift will only be delayed if your birthday falls within 30 days after the date you entered your birthdate. This measure is to prevent fraud, and you will receive your points the following year.
I forgot to use my points when paying; can I use them afterward?
No, unfortunately, the points cannot be used once the purchase has been made.
