How do I join the loyalty programme?
Simply sign up to create your account and start earning rewards!
How can I earn points?
Earn points by signing up, making purchases and more! Check the Ways to Earn section for more details.
How can I use my points?
Log in, go to your dashboard and select the Ways to Redeem section to use your points for rewards.
Where can I see my points balance?
First, log in to your account! Your points balance will be displayed at the top of the loyalty page, in your dashboard or at checkout.

Do my points expire?
Points expire after one year of account inactivity.
Do my rewards expire?
Rewards do not expire once activated in the account.
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the points earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
When will I receive my birthday gift?
On your birthday! The only exception is if your birthday falls within 30 days of the date you entered it. This is an anti-fraud measure, and you will still receive your points after approximately 30 days.
I forgot to use my points at checkout — can I apply them retroactively?
No, unfortunately points cannot be redeemed after a purchase has already been made.
How do I move up to the next loyalty tier?
Your loyalty tier is based on how much you’ve spent over the past 12 months. Only purchases made during that period count: your spending isn’t added up from the day you created your account.
Colorful: €150 to €249 spent over the past 12 months.
Glittery: €250 or more spent over the past 12 months.
And the good news? Once you reach a loyalty tier, you keep it! You can’t drop to a lower tier.
