Masterclasses are 30-minute live group sessions hosted by our nail artists, each time on a different theme: nail art, Green Flash tips, nail care… Your questions are answered via a live chat.

Virtual consultations are 15-minute one-on-one appointments with a manicure expert. The expert will advise and coach you live on the topic / products of your choice. Book your slot from dozens available every day!

What are the requirements to join a virtual consultation?

No requirements are needed to take part in a virtual consultation with a manicure expert. These appointments are free, one-on-one, and easy to book via our calendar — no prior Manucurist purchase necessary.

What topics are covered during a virtual consultation?

Our expert advises and guides you live on the topic or products of your choice, answering all your questions about your nails, your manicures, or our ranges.

How does the virtual consultation work (duration, format)?

During a 15-minute virtual consultation, you chat via video with one of our experts who will answer all your questions about your nails, your manicures, and our products. She can give a live demonstration on her own nails and guide you step by step through the techniques if you have your products to hand.

What languages are available for consultations?

Consultations are available in French and English.

How do I book a consultation?

To book a virtual consultation, click on our manicure experts' calendar at the top of this page. You can choose the day and time that suits you best.

Once you've selected your slot, click "Next", then fill in your details and the reason for your consultation.

You'll then receive a confirmation email with the link to access the session, followed by a reminder with that link a few hours before your consultation starts.
