Green Oil

Cuticle oil deeply hydrates the cuticles and nail surface. It helps prevent dryness of the small pieces of skin that protect the nail matrix and cracks in the nail plate, while promoting healthier nail growth. Used regularly, it strengthens the nail structure and makes it more resistant to everyday stressors. Oils rich in natural active ingredients, such as vitamin E or sweet almond oil, are particularly effective at nourishing, protecting and improving the appearance of nails.

For visible results, apply cuticle oil once or twice a day, ideally in the morning and evening. If your cuticles are very dry or damaged, more frequent application can speed up repair and nail growth. Regular use improves nail flexibility, helps prevent breakage and contributes to a neater, more polished appearance.

A good cuticle oil should contain plant-based oils known for their nourishing and repairing properties, such as sweet almond oil or jojoba oil. Vitamin E is also a key active ingredient to strengthen nails and protect cuticles from aging and external aggressions. It is best to avoid formulas containing synthetic fragrances or harsh ingredients, which can irritate the delicate skin around the nail.

Green Oil can be applied to clean nails and cuticles at any time of day. Simply place a small drop at the base of each nail, then massage it in.

On bare nails, it can be used alone or after a serum to optimise hydration.

After a manicure, apply it once the top coat is dry to nourish the cuticles and prolong the shine of your manicure.

This treatment does not need rinsing and works continuously to improve nail quality.

Complete Serum is an aqueous formula containing powerful hydrating agents, while Green Oil is made with botanical oils to deeply nourish the nail. For optimal hydration, we recommend Complete Serum. For deep nourishment, choose Green Oil.

The skincare formulas are green and clean: they are bio-sourced up to 99%, meaning they are made from ingredients derived from biomass such as aloe vera, lemon, ginseng, pomegranate and grape. However, all nail polish, regardless of its nature, should be avoided by pregnant women or breastfeeding mothers. If in doubt, we invite you to consult your doctor.

Our care formulas are compliant with European regulations and do not contain sensitising substances. They are also certified gluten-free and safe for people who are gluten intolerant or have coeliac disease, just like the Green Flash™, Green™, and Active™ ranges. Most customers who have experienced allergies with conventional nail care products do not have any with the Manucurist care range. However, since allergic reactions are not exclusively linked to synthetic ingredients, they can sometimes occur with plant-based ingredients as well.
