An iconic, ultra-effective, double-action nail care routine that treats your nails from the inside (In) and outside (Out). The perfect synergy between targeted nail care and holistic food supplements, specially designed to revitalise your nails and boost their growth. A new In & Out routine you won't want to be without! White nail file Use it to file your nails into your desired shape. Cuticle remover Use it to soften the skin around your nails. Cuticle pusher Use it to push back the softened skin around your nails for a clean nail contour. Grey nail priming emery board Use it to gently open up the nail plate cells to help the base coat adhere. Then remove any dust or oil using a cotton pad soaked in our nail polish remover. Green Oil Use it to nourish the nail contour after applying your colour. Nail Boost Can be used as an intensive treatment (4 capsules a day for 1 month, then 2 capsules a day for 2 months) or a preventative treatment (2 capsules a day for 2 months, repeated 2 to 3 times a year).
