How to use the Green Flash™ Gold & Silver Glitter Top Coat?

  1. After curing one coat of Green Flash™ Vitaminised Base Coat and two coats of Green Flash™ colour, apply a thin layer of the Green Flash™ Gold or Silver Glitter Top Coat.
  2. Cure under the LED Lamp (Top Coat programme).


How to remove the Green Flash™ Gold & Silver Glitter Top Coat?

  1. Generously soak a small cotton pad with Green Flash™ Remover and hold it on the nail for 1 minute using the Removal Clips.
  2. The polish will lift off peel-off style. Remove any remaining residue with an orange wood stick.

To intensify the glitter reflections of this Top Coat, apply it over a dark shade such as Hollyhock, Dark Night or Red Cherry.

I've never used gel polish before - is it tricky?

Anyone can apply Green Flash™, including complete beginners!

If you know how to use regular nail polish you can use Green Flash™: you apply the base coat, colour and top coat in exactly the same way. The only difference is that you cure your nails under the lamp!

If you know how to use gel polish, there are a few points to note. Applying Green Flash™ is more like applying regular nail polish: there's no need to remove oil first and the polish is not buildable like gel polish, so you need to get it right from the start.

We recommend that you treat it like regular nail polish that has to be dried under a lamp!
Is Green Flash™ compatible with other brands?

Unfortunately not, each formula is unique and made from different ingredients. Our Green Flash™ products should always be used with other Green Flash™ products to ensure the best results. You will need (at least):

  • One Green Flash™ base coat
  • One Green Flash™ colour
  • One Green Flash™ top coat
  • An LED lamp with an output of at least 24W

For effective removal, we highly recommend using Green Flash™ plant-based Nail Polish Remover and the accompanying nail clips.

Points to note:
Using a Green Flash™ colour with a base coat and top coat from another gel/regular nail polish brand will not work.
Using a Green Flash™ base coat with a colour and top coat from another gel/regular nail polish brand will not work.

Can using Green Flash™ polish cause allergies?

The Green Flash™ formula meets European standards and does not contain any sensitising substances like the methyl acrylate monomers, HEMA, acrylate, titanium or nickel found in the formulas of many traditional gel polishes. It is also certified gluten-free and safe for people with gluten intolerance and celiac disease, as are our Green™, Active™ and nail care ranges. Most customers who are allergic to regular gel polish are not allergic to Green Flash™ polish. However, as allergic reactions are not specifically linked to chemical ingredients, they can sometimes occur with plant-based ingredients. We recommend you speak to a healthcare professional if you are unsure.

The Xtrem Flash™ top coat has been formulated in strict compliance with European cosmetic regulations, among the most demanding in the world. As with any gel, reactions may still occur in individuals who are already sensitised, most often due to poorly cured residue or product coming into contact with the skin. To minimise this risk as much as possible, we support our customers with a precise application protocol: apply thin layers, remove any excess from the cuticles before curing, and cure the thumbs separately to prevent the product from shifting. This guidance ensures a smooth and confident experience when using our top coat.

What are the Green Flash™ Gold & Silver Glitter Top Coat?

The Green Flash™ Gold & Silver Glitter Top Coat occasionally replaces the classic Green Flash™ Top Coat to enhance all your Green Flash™ manicures with a delicate golden or silvery veil. They bring a new radiance to your colours, delivering a gel-like shine and wear for up to 12 days, while ensuring gentle, acetone-free removal in just 1 minute.
Which colours should they be applied to?

They can be applied over all Green Flash™ shades, but they reveal their full brilliance on darker or deeper tones. Try them over Hollyhock, Dark Night or Red Cherry for an even more luminous golden or silvery effect.
How long does it take to dry?

The Green Flash™ Gold & Silver Glitter Top Coat cures under an LED lamp using the Top Coat programme (compatible with 18W, 24W, 36W or 48W lamps). Once cured, they are immediately dry. However, we recommend avoiding contact or friction for the 5 minutes following curing, to prevent damaging the manicure.
