How do I use the routine?

Routine to apply to bare nails for 2 weeks:

Week 1 - Strengthen:
1. S.O.S. Base - every 2 days: apply the treatment polish to clean nails and reapply every 2 days without removing.
2. Green Oil - 2 times a day: gently massage into nails and cuticles.

At the end of the week, remove S.O.S. Base with Dissolving Oil or Gentle Remover.

Week 2 - Regenerate:
1. Keratin Booster - 3 times a day: apply to clean nails. Allow to dry until fully absorbed. Reapply 3 times a day.
2. Green Oil - 2 times a day: gently massage into nails and cuticles.

Repeat for a month if necessary.

The S.O.S. Base works like a treatment polish. By renewing the application every two days without removing the previous layers, the active ingredients stay in contact with the nail to optimise their effectiveness throughout the treatment.
Can I use this routine continuously after 2 weeks?

It is recommended to take a break after 2 weeks to preserve the natural balance of your nails. To maintain the benefits, you can repeat the routine monthly.
