How do I use the routine?

Routine to apply to bare nails for 2 weeks:

1. Bitter Polish - every 2 days : apply one coat to clean nails, then allow to air dry. Reapply every two days, without removing previous coats. After one week, remove the polish using Green Remover Oil or Gentle Remover, then start applying again the following week.
2. Green Oil - twice a day : apply with a light massage to nails and cuticles.

Can I use this routine if I'm already wearing gel polish or gels?

This routine is designed to be used on bare nails. If you have products on your nails, we recommend removing them before applying the routine.
