How do I use the routine?

Routine to apply on bare nails, for 2 weeks:

1. Active™ Plump - every 2 days: apply one coat on clean nails, then let air dry. Reapply every two days, without removing previous coats. After one week, remove the polish using the Green Oil or the Gentle Remover, then start the application again the following week.
2. Green Oil - twice a day: apply with a light massage on nails and cuticles.
