Force Nail Hardener

Hardening nail polish is an essential treatment for fragile and brittle nails. It helps strengthen the nail structure, preventing splits and peeling. It is particularly recommended for people with soft or damaged nails, offering extra protection against external aggressors. Used regularly, it gives your nails the strength they need to withstand daily wear and tear, while improving their appearance.

For optimal results, apply the nail hardener to clean, dry nails. Ideally, use it as a base coat before applying a classic nail polish. You can also use it on its own as an intensive treatment. Apply a thin layer and let it dry before adding a second layer if needed. We recommend applying it 2 to 3 times a week to maximise its effectiveness. The hardener creates a protective barrier and promotes the regeneration of fragile nails.

The initial results of a nail hardener polish are usually visible after 1 to 2 weeks of regular use. Your nails will gradually become stronger and more resilient. However, for long-lasting, visible results, we recommend using it alongside Green Oil and Keratin Booster, a hardening treatment that replenishes and strengthens the nail plate. This works to deeply reinforce your nails for optimal long-term results.

Yes, you can absolutely apply regular nail polish over a nail hardener. The hardener acts as a protective base, creating a solid, smooth layer on the nail, ideal for extending the wear of your polish. It's important to let the hardener dry before applying your coloured polish to achieve a clean, long-lasting finish.

Treatment base coats can be used as the base for your Green™ manicure.

However, they cannot replace the Green Flash™ base coat, which cures under an LED lamp.

One coat is enough.

When doing a course of treatment, there is no need to remove the previous layer.

For optimal wear, it is not recommended to use a base coat other than Base Coat Green Flash™.

All treatment bases are removed just like our nail polishes, with our Dissolving Oil or our Green Flash™ remover.

The skincare formulas are green and clean: they are bio-sourced up to 99%, meaning they are made from ingredients derived from biomass such as aloe vera, lemon, ginseng, pomegranate and grape. However, all nail polish, regardless of its nature, should be avoided by pregnant women or breastfeeding mothers. If in doubt, we invite you to consult your doctor.

Our care formulas are compliant with European regulations and do not contain sensitising substances. They are also certified gluten-free and safe for people who are gluten intolerant or have coeliac disease, just like the Green Flash™, Green™, and Active™ ranges. Most customers who have experienced allergies with conventional nail care products do not have any with the Manucurist care range. However, since allergic reactions are not exclusively linked to synthetic ingredients, they can sometimes occur with plant-based ingredients as well.
