Active range products are applied to bare nails. You don't need no need to apply a base coat, because each product in the range is also a treatment, so it needs to be in direct contact with your nail. No need for a top coat either, as the finish is already ultra-glossy!

Yes! The Active range is infinitely customisable, you can layer the coats to vary the effects.

Products from the Active™ range can be removed like our nail polishes, with a gentle nail polish remover, with our Eau Dissolvante or our Green Flash™ nail polish remover.

Active™ formulas are green and clean: they are up to 85.5% plant-based, meaning formulated with bio-sourced ingredients such as beet, castor oil, raspberry, blueberry, or lemon. However, any nail polish, regardless of its type, should be avoided during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If in doubt, we recommend consulting your doctor.

Active™ formulas are compliant with European regulations and does not contain no sensitising substances. They are also certified gluten-free and safe for people with gluten intolerance or coeliac disease, just like the Green Flash™ and Green™ ranges and treatments. Most customers who have experienced allergies with conventional nail polishes do not experience them with the Active™ range. For a perfect manicure at home, follow this simple 4-step routine:

• File your nails with the Natural Nail File to define the desired shape. Use the fine grit to shorten and shape without weakening the nail. Save the coarser grit for toenail care.
• Prep the nail by gently buffing the surface for about 5 seconds using the Prep File. This step smooths the nail and improves the wear of the treatment polish.
• Apply the polish Active™ treatment of your choice directly on bare nails, with no base or top coat. One to two coats are enough depending on the desired effect: shine, smoothing, plumping or radiance.
• Deeply moisturise by applying a drop of Complete Serum every two days to nourish nails and cuticles.
