Problème

"Après avoir utilisé vos produits de soin des ongles pendant deux mois — suite aux dommages causés par le retrait d'un vernis semi-permanent (d'une autre marque que Manucurist) — j'ai décidé de réaliser une manucure avec les vernis Green. J'ai nettoyé mes ongles avec le dégraissant Green, puis j'ai appliqué une couche de base Green, suivie de deux couches de vernis Green (teinte « Pale Rose ») et enfin une couche de top coat Green « Gel Effect ». Au bout de quatre heures, tout le vernis s'est décollé d'un seul tenant. Est-ce normal ? Qu'ai-je mal fait ?"
