How do I use the routine?

Routine to apply on bare nails for 2 weeks:

1. S.O.S. Base - every 2 days: apply one coat to clean nails, then allow to air-dry. Repeat every two days without removing the previous coats. After one week, remove the polish using the Green Oil Remover or Gentle Remover, then start the application again the following week.
2. Green Oil - twice daily: gently massage into the nails and cuticles.

It is recommended to take a break after 2 weeks to preserve the natural balance of your nails. To maintain the benefits, you can repeat the routine monthly.
