The Flat Brush can be used in two ways for a clean and polished manicure:

Lightly dip the brush into the Nail & Cuticle Serum or Nail & Cuticle Oil, then apply a small amount at the base of the nail. Use the brush to distribute the product over the cuticles and around the nail contour.
