Der Top Coat Mat wird als letzter Schritt der Maniküre aufgetragen. Er wird direkt nach der zweiten Farbschicht Green aufgetragen. Bei einer Green Flash™-Maniküre wird er nach dem zuvor unter der Lampe ausgehärteten Top Coat Green Flash™ aufgetragen.
