"It is a nice set however my metal large bottles for counter/guest bath sink use arrived with not only multiple dents on both soap and lotion bottles- photos are available on the moment of unwrapping, as well as layers of grey dust as it seems it’s been stored without any protective covering to prevent time and dust and also the pump tops were already in The use position and a substantial amount- at least 1/3 if product is missing from each container I was sold and purchased these as brand new and unused/new condition. As one who recently invested many hundreds to replace chemical/toxin laden entire hand and nail all products and threw away the 10/10 and other spendy nail care lines there is a large buyers remorse situation - not to mention the scents of the soap and lotion have clearly been effected by the serious dry valley heat and it is not a clean or pleasant scent- it’s clearly turned from improper storage in a space that damaged the product from outside in- betting it was a free sample for a vendor and passed off as new items to get 50$ out of an a too trusting buyer. Not even including my most recent order of over $250- out of pocket which was sealed with a single piece of short paper tape. It arrived gaping open with the organic packing materials missing and as i noticed the damaged box right at the metal postage locker. I photographed it immediately and my neighbors have me recovering it on the ring camera and taking photos of the very few items that were still inside the large box. Still recovering from surgery on bed rest but my nurse put the box to the side and said she would help me take inventory once i followed all of the surgeons orders and was well enough to not have it impact my healing more than it already has. Customer service and the packing department need to have a meeting as these orders were certainly not packed by anyone that takes pride in their work or respects their company nor the customers investing in what is sold as a luxury line of products. Feeling very deceived and there are other problems urgent billing abounds changing and dividing up kit orders into duplicate individual orders after the pay button is pushed. Hoping an agent reaches out so we may get multiple order mistakes corrected and possibly get the old, dirty, dented, clearly used with a large amount of both products absolutely missing- so just those minor concerns as well as the musty, expired smell of this lotion set really turned as it truly is worthy of a recycling bin for trash, or possibly give it another try but in a much smaller size as we are very uncertain and skeptical that while the products look lovely in packaging and seem to be luxurious, healthier options- reality has been quite the discouraging shock and not feeling at all like a valued client."

Rose scented pampering
"After falling in love with Manucurist’s Rose Baume and Rose Hand Cream, I wanted to try their Artisan Rose soap and Rose lotion. It is a wonderful experience to wash hands with the artisan soap into a soft, rich, fragrant lather. It leaves my hands silky soft with a soft fragrance after drying. Then I apply Manucurist’s Rose hand cream so they stay soft, smooth and fragrant throughout the day. I use the Artisan Rose body lotion after showering as a body moisturizer to keep my body skin feeling soft, supple and fragrant too. The pump dispensers make the products very convenient to use. Rose scented pampering makes me feel good every day. 😊"
