You can have your order delivered anywhere in France or abroad.
What is the delivery time and cost?
Metropolitan France: € 10 (complimentary shipping on all orders of € 79 or above)
French overseas territories: € 25 (complimentary shipping on all orders of € 129 or above)
Express delivery: Chronopost 24h Metropolitan France (excluding Corsica) and Monaco.
Orders placed before 11am will be shipped out on the same day and delivered on the next day before 1pm (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after 11am will be shipped out on the next day and delivered within 24 hours.
The cost of this service is € 11.66.
For international orders, shipping costs are € 15 or more depending on the destination country.
Free shipping for orders above € 129.

We accept Paypal and all debit cards.
How do I return or exchange an item?
To return or exchange an item please visit our contact form section and send an email to our customer service.
I received a damaged item!
First take pictures of the damaged item and shipping box. Then go to our contact form section and send an email to our customer service with the photos and a short description of the damaged item. Our customer service will get to you as soon as possible.
I cannot remember my password!

Why did my payment fail?
The transaction may be declined if:
- Your card has expired.
- You are using a brand-new card (you must have made a cash withdrawal or offline payment beforehand).
- You have reached your agreed monthly limit.
How do I use my voucher?
With a voucher you are able to get a discount on your order. You cannot use more than one promo code on the same order.
