A free return

Making a return is easy.

1 : Contact Manucurist by email at to report the return. Clarify the object of your complaint with your order number or any other information medium concerning the delivered articles within 48 hours from the reception of your package.

2 : After contacting the company, you just have to include your package :

- the receipt ;

- the defective products correctly wrapped ;

- the return coupon filled and signed. (DOWNLOAD HERE)

3 : The articles have to be return in their original package without being used, with supporting document to the following address :

The returned articles that are incomplete, used, damaged or soiled by the customer won't be accepted. If an article is missing to the delivery, we will refund you directly except if it is announced being restocked, in that case, we handle the rest.

In case of a returned package for absence or unclaimed at the Post office in a 15-days delay, the package is either resent with an additional cost or refunded excluding the shipping costs and the handling cost.

Refund if the customer already received its package

In case of withdrawal, MANUCURIST will refund every payment received for the order, including shipping costs, in a 8-days delay after the customer request.

However, MANUCURIST has the right to defer the refund until it has received the return goods.

The refund will be made by credit on the bank account of the customer, corresponding to the credit card used for the order payment or the PAYPAL account if the order has been paid through PAYPAL.

The customer can, if he wants, get a gift card for refund.

At all events, the refund won't cause extra fees for the customer.

Refund if the customer haven't received its package yet

In case of withdrawal, MANUCURIST will refund every payment received for the order, in a 8-days delay after the customer request.

In case of partial return of the ordered products or a mistake on the delivery address, the original shipping costs won't be refunded.

In case of special offers

In some cases, the customer can possibly get a conditional special offer. In case of a return for only a part of the products that allowed him to benefit from a special offer, the customer will be refunded the corresponding price of the product returned from which the reduction applied will be deducted and to which the customer will no longer be entitled.

As well as the customer can possibly get a gift for buying one or many Manucurist products. In case of return of the product or a part of the products, the customer must restitute the gift he has benefited.
