Tracking my order

It's easy to follow your order status !

Go to "My account" in the online catalog. After the identification, you can see your orders status.

- "Accepted payment" : your order is saved on our server but is not treated yet.

- "On-going treatment" : your order is being treated in our place.

- "Carried by the Post" : your order has been taken care by the Post services.

Order details are archived referring to article L.134-2 from the Consumer Code for 10 years on a secure website. However, no credit card is stored. The customer accepts that the confirmation order is considered as an evidence of contractual relations between the Parties.
